CD review MOTORJESUS 'Live Resurrection'

Motorjesus started in 2006 and is one of the most popular representatives of Heavy Rock hailing from Germany. The guys from Mönchengladbach premiered in 2004 with ‘Dirty Pounding Gasoline’ and their tank didn’t get empty so far. Four additional longplayers followed the debut before the time felt right for a live album. So let’s start the engine.

‘Live Resurrection’ is this live record that presents the band, equipped with a lot of horsepower, on the stage. The last two shows of the ‘Race to Resurrection’ tour have been recorded, leading to 17 songs plus intro and outro. ‘Live Resurrection’ offers 73 minutes of energetic Rock’n’Roll, featuring songs like the smashing ‘King Collider’, taken from the latest studio release. Next to the new songs it’s the entire spectrum of Motorjesus that’s present on this live album with earlier highglights like ‘Motorjesus’ and ‘Dirty Pounding Gasoline’ being the Grande finale on this record.

‘Live Resurrection’ showcases a dynamic and powerful band. A full tank and a lot of horsepower is what comes with album. These songs have the potential to turn any bad days into the opposite. Long live Rock’n’Roll.
