C.O.F.F.I.N announced four shows in Germany

Raw energy meets uncompromising rock ’n’ roll: The Australian band C.O.F.F.I.N has been shaking up the international rock scene for over 20 years and is coming to Germany in the winter of 2026.

C.O.F.F.I.N stands for “Children Of Finland Fighting In Norway”—it’s not really surprising that the four band members came up with this name when they were eleven years old. They met in 2005 as school friends in Sydney. What once began with gigs at youth centers has evolved over two decades into one of Australia’s most exciting rock ’n’ roll bands. Their sound lies somewhere between their compatriots AC/DC and Radio Birdman: a powerful mix of boogie, blues, punk, and hardcore. Since their debut album “Under The Influence” (2010), C.O.F.F.I.N. has carved out a distinctive identity across three more albums, blending Australian rock tradition with social consciousness.

By their fifth album, “Australia Stops” (2023), they had reached a new level: chart positions in Australia and the UK, an ARIA nomination, and awards at the National Live Music Awards speak for themselves Thematically, the album oscillates between a working-class attitude and a critical look at social and environmental issues—without ever losing sight of the fun of rock ’n’ roll.

But the band truly unleashes its full power on stage: C.O.F.F.I.N. shows are sweat-drenched explosions of raw energy and pure joy of playing. With unbridled energy, charismatic stage presence, and a piercing sound, they transform every stage into a vibrating chaos. After opening for the Foo Fighters, C.O.F.F.I.N. will return to Europe this winter as part of their new tour, making stops for select concerts in Germany. Along with the tour announcement, the band is also releasing the trailer for their documentary “10,000 Miles From Oslo,” which offers an intense glimpse into life on the road—as loud, honest, and unfiltered as their music itself.
