STEVE LUKATHER and JOESPH WILLIAMS’ solo album out now

Toto, that’s one thing Steve Lukather and Joseph Williams have in common. While Lukather is a founding member of the legendary rock outfit, it was Williams who joined along the way. On February 26th, both musicians unveil solo albums. ‘I Found the Sun Again’ is the one coming from Lukather and ‘Denizen Tenant’ is penned by Williams. Both contributed to the each others album. Furthermore Lukather collaborated with musicians being important for him in his musical life. Drummer Greg Bissonette, keyboarder Jeff Babko and bassists Jorgen Carlsson und John Pierce added their part to an album that features excellent rock songs, all with a soulful touch like the gently swinging title track ‘I Found the Sun Again’.

Williams, who started as a singer for radio- and TV commercials joined Toto in 1986 and appears on the ‘Fahrenheit’ album for the first time with the rock legend. Musically ‘Denizen Tenant’ is a very well-crafted rock record too.
