A new chapter is beginning for Skid Row. After more than two years away from the stage and an extensive worldwide search, the legendary hard rock band has officially introduced Justin Sargent as its new lead singer. This marks the start of an exciting new era, just in time for the band’s 40th anniversary. And as fate would have it: After searching around the globe, Skid Row found their new voice right where it all began—in their home state of New Jersey.
The band first took notice of Sargent last year. He made an immediate impression with his voice, his stage presence, and his natural connection to the band’s music. In the months that followed, there were many discussions and plenty of rehearsals. In the end, it was clear to everyone: the band had not only found a new singer, but one of their own.
