Feine Sahne Fischfilet is currently on tour and they’re coming in peace. With their new album “Wir kommen in Frieden” in hand, the punk rockers from Rostock are on their 2025 winter tour, and Alsterdorfer Sporthalle in Hamburg is the place to be for fans of electrifying punk rock.
Joining them on tour are Focus., a band from Riesa who have already toured with bands like Rogers and Sondaschule (who will play at the same location a few days later). With “Nie Nur’ Ne Phase,” the band has a new album out this year, and this tour is the perfect opportunity to introduce their melodic and energetic punk rock to a wider audience.
We start the night with “Viel zu schöner Tag” from the latest album, and the Sporthalle is immediately filled with a great vibe. Focus. (the dot at the end is actually part of the band name) has 30 minutes tonight, and they make the most of it. The five-piece band presents captivating melodies, a wild heart, and a lot of passion tonight, and the fans are all in. Songs like “24/7” and “Alkohol” are easy to connect to since the melodies are infectious and combined with a rebellious spirit and thunderous live performance. Especially during “24/7” hands are in the air clapping. Focus. delivered a great show and set the scene for the main act.

In June of this year, Feine Sahne Fischfilet played one of the four album release shows in Flensburg and after having played some of the bigger summer festivals, the band is returning to Germany’s north on their winter tour.
Tonight’s setlist is similar to the one from six months ago in Flensburg, which means that after “Halbstark” from Die Toten Hosen, which started the first sing-along, comes the album’s title track, raising the level of euphoria immediately.
“Zurück in unsere Stadt” follows, and nothing can stop Monchi from jumping into the pit and mingling with the crowd. He is the centerpiece of a Feine Sahne Fischfilet show, and he has an exceptional connection with his fans. Before the show, you can see him in the public area talking to fans and taking photos with them. He announces the opening act, then crowd surfs, enjoying every moment.
As mentioned, the setlist is similar to the June show, with one exception: A new song is performed tonight. The title is “Sternhagelvoll,” and the song serves as a kind of connector between Feine Sahne Fischfilet and Focus.. Therefore, it isn’t surprising that the guys from Focus. join the band on stage for this special occasion, and another memorable moment is added to the night.
The encore includes not only the Eminem cover “Without Me,” performed in great fashion by Max Bobzin, but also “Niemand wie ihr.” This song is dedicated to Monchi’s parents, who are in the audience tonight enjoying the show. They are invited onstage to receive a big thank you from their son for everything, accompanied by a huge round of applause from the fans. And, since Monchi’s father, Axel, is retiring the day after, the crowd celebrates with a loud sing-along.
As usual, Feine Sahne Fischfilet deliver a vibrant and furious live show. The five-piece band is on an impressive journey, raising the bar with each album they release. Combined with their energetic live performances, their empathy and close connection with their fans, the band is experiencing a new high point. Tonight’s show clearly demonstrated why, and after more than two hours of fierce punk rock, fans head home smiling and sweat-soaked shirts. That’s punk rock. That’s a Feine Sahne Fischfilet show.
