Oceans have released two EP’s over the past few months under the name ‘Hell is Where the Heart Is’. After this two releases a full-length record is now on the way, which contains the two EP’s. In addition, Oceans have with the calm ‘If There’s a God She Has Abandoned Us’, the melancholic ‘I Sing Alone’ and the title track three more songs on this album. These songs plus the intro ‘Clarity’ are also released as part three of the EP cycle (‘Hell Is Where the Heart Is, Pt. III: Clarity’). So one has the choice whether to complete the EP collection or to get the longplayer. Whether this concept was intended from the beginning is not revealed, but with three EPs one can certainly achieve commercial results than with one full-length longplayer.
