METALLICA – remastered version of “ReLoad” out now

Today, Metallica launch a remastered version of the Reload album from 1997. This version will come in different formats of which the ReLoad Remastered Limited Edition Deluxe Box Set is the one that will get fans really excited as it includes the remastered album ReLoad on 180-gram double vinyl, the 7-inch single “The Memory Remains,” and “Live at Ministry of Sound ’97,” a triple-album live recording on 140-gram vinyl. The 15 CDs in the box set range from the remastered album *ReLoad* to previously unreleased collections of riffs, demos, and rough mixes, B-sides, and rarities, as well as a wealth of live material, while the 4 DVDs feature a wealth of behind-the-scenes, studio, and live footage, radio and television appearances, the band’s pop-up performance in the parking lot of the CoreState Complex in Philadelphia, visits to Seoul, and much more. The box set’s contents are rounded out by memorabilia, including a set of 13 Rorschach test cards, an 11×17 “Gimme Fuel” poster, a sticker, a Pushead print, a 10-pack of guitar/bass picks, song lyrics, three laminated tour passes, and a 128-page deluxe book featuring previously unpublished photos and stories from eyewitnesses.
