MADSEN announced “SMILE” and tour dates

On Friday, December 12, 2025, Madsen played the last concert of their tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album. For the first encore, the band surprised the 7,000 fans in the sold-out Hamburg Sporthalle with a new song and an announcement: Madsen’s 10th album is called “SMILE” and will be released on May 29, 2026, on the band’s own label, Goodbye Logik Records.

The first single, the title track “Smile,” has already been played live, and the new song is scheduled for release on January 30, 2026. The album was produced by the band themselves, with Moritz Enders (Casper, Roy Bianco & die Abbrunzati Boys, Heisskalt, and many more). “Hollywood,” the last studio album, reached #1 on the German album charts for the first time in 2023.

The release concert for the album will take place on June 5, 2026, open air in Hamburg’s Stadtpark, after which the band will play numerous open-air concerts and festivals in German-speaking countries.

From the end of September 2026, they will then go on an indoor tour with the new album. Tickets for all concerts are now available.
