ZSK ignited “Leuchtraketen”

“Leuchtraketen” is perhaps the most fierce track on the eighth studio album by Berlin skate punks ZSK, reminiscent in sound and content of the band’s early albums such as “Herz für die Sache.” Powerful guitars and aggressive vocals define this song about protesting on the streets.

“When the world escalates, we have to escalate too – wherever there is injustice, there will always be people who fight against it,” says singer Joshi about ZSK’s self-image, who also repeatedly perform at protests and demonstrations. Despite all its combativeness, “Leuchtraketen” is also a song of hope and solidarity – “Helikopter ziehen Kreise / Ich steh’ fest an deiner Seite”

Starting with the release of “Feuer & Papier” on September 26, the band will play nearly 30 shows in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland until mid-January 2025.
