SOUTH OF HEAVEN – a new festival in The Netherlands

‘South Of Heaven’, that is a well-resounding name in heavy metal as it is the title of the legendary fourth Slayer album. Next to that it will be also the name of a new open air festival that will start next summer in The Netherlands.

South Of Heaven is a festival that will enrich the already very crowded Dutch festival calendar and will take place in Maastricht on June 7^th and June 8^th, 2025. Announced is a festival with legendary metal bands as well as ambitious newcomer acts and the first names have been revealed: Meshuggah, Hatebreed, Textures, Sacred Reich, Wolfbrigade, Midnight, Gutalax, Legion Of The Damned, Severe Torture, From The Crypt, Ripsaw.
