UNANTASTBAR release live album, reflecting on 20 years of punk rock

The story of Unantastbar (German for “untouchable”) began 20 years ago when a group of friends started making music in a mouldy rehearsal room. Two decades later, Unantastbar are one of the most popular bands from South Tyrol, Italy.

The five-piece debuted in 2006 with an album entitled “Niemals wie Ihr!”, the title of this release indicating the punk-rock spirit that infuses each of the band’s songs. “Niemals wie Ihr!” was the starting point of a musical journey that has seen the release of ten studio albums.

To make the 20th anniversary a special moment in the band’s career, Unantastbar release a live album with songs from the last 20 years. “Wir leben laut – Live” is the title of these 31 songs including live album. Recorded during their tour in 2023, the album is more than just a compilation, as it reflects the pure energy of an Unantastbar live show.

Unantastbar, that’s the story of five guys from Brixen, South Tyrol. It’s the story of following the passion for punk rock, following their own musical compass without looking at hypes or trends.
