THE HU – ‘Rumble of Thunder’ deluxe and tour dates

It was a lot of buzz the moment The Hu appeared on the metal scene. Mongolian folk metal wasn’t something headbangers have heard before and metal with some added traditional Mongolian instruments felt ike something exciting. That was back in 2016 and in the meantime The Hu evolved to an established player in metal.

With ‘The Gereg’ and ‘Rumble of Thunder’ that band has two longplayers in the books and on June 25^th the band will start a tour with a first show at Glastonbury Festival in the UK. The tour will bring The Hu also to Hamburg. On July 4^th, the band is on the list of Grosse Freiheit 36, the legendary club at Hamburg Reeperbahn.

Right in time for this tour, The Hu also unleash a deluxe version of their sophomore album. In addition to the regular album the deluxe version also contains four acoustic versions of The Hu songs.

In addition, three songs have been re-recorded with lyrics translated into English and delivered by William DuVall (Alice In Chains), Serj Tankian (System of A Down), DL from Bad Wolves and the solo artist LP (Laura Pergolizzi).
