(8/10) ‘The Witch’s Grail’ is already longplayer number four of North Carolina’s All Hell and it’s a good one. The trio started in 2013 and looks back on some productive years. The guys debuted in 2014 with ‘The Devils’ Work’ nd since then released albums on a regular base.
‘The Witch’s Grail’ is the newest strike and features ten blackened Thrash Metal anthems. All Hell sounds basic, raw and merciless on their newest longplayer. This album isn’t meant to take prisoners. It’s more of a ten chapter riff massacre that showcases a band that grew over the last years while still keeping the hunger for aggressive riffs and passion for an anarchic expression. It’s the dynamic of punk and the riff power of Thrash Metal, making this release to a challenge for amplifier and speakers.
With all the mentioned, All Hell still adds basic melody lines to the mix that makes ‘The Witch’s Grail’ to a true Metal experience for fans of bands like Skeletonwitch, Toxic Holocaust and Celtic Frost. Darkness couldn’t shine much brighter than on ‘The Witch’s Grail’.
