Killer Be Killed released their debut album in 2014 and received a lot of positive feedback. Well, this has also to do with the fact that Killer Be Killed are well-known faces in metal who came together in a new constellation. Killer Be Killed are Max Cavalera, Greg Puciato, Troy Sanders and Ben Koller. All... Continue Reading →
CD review VENOMOUS CONCEPT ‘Politics vs. the Erection’
The foundation for Venomous Concept was created in 2004 when Kevin Sharp and Shane Embury decided to start the band together. After having had a complete line-up in place, with Danny Herrera (d) and Buzz Osborne (g), the quartet started rather quickly to work on songs that ended up on the debut ‘Retroactive Abortion’, which... CD review CRO-MAGS ‘In the Beginning’
Cro-Mags belong without doubt to the pioneers of hardcore. The history of the genre and the history of the band are deeply connected and when an album called 'Age of Quarrel' was unleashed in 1986, the power of an explosive crossover of punk, metal and crossover became evident. The record is a great piece of... Continue Reading →

CD review WALTARI ‘Global Rock’
If there is one band on this planet that takes the word ‘crossover’ very serious, than it’s Waltari from Finland. CD review SLIME ‘Wem gehört die Angst’
In days with a world that's thrown out of kilter, bands like Slime are like musical call for action. Although commercially more successful than in the '80s and in general more mature than in the early days, the band is still authentic, stick to their mindset and is never tired of holding up a mirror to society.
CD review PETER AND THE TEST TUBE BABIES ‘Fuctifano’
With 'Queen of Fucking Everything' the end of the album comes far too early. Fortunately there is a 'Start'-button that you can press again and I can assure you that you will use this button after running through the album for a first time. Peter And The Test Tube Babies in 2020 go strong. Peter and Del might got older but certainly not calmer. These guys still breathe the spirit of Punk Rock.

(8/10) In case you start to think about having seen this artwork already earlier you might be right.
